Hello Friends!
I am running out of steam on the Index Card A Day but am pushing through. I have decided that rather than aim for the 61 cards, this year I'm just going to use up the pack which means, as I already took a few cards out for a different purpose, I will have somewhere in the region of 80 small pieces of art.
Here's what I did this week. Only one is on prompt, that is the seashell.
Oh my, what a fabulous selection of ICADs, I love them all. I like how you tried out all of the mediums! Hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteSuch a nice assortment of cards, Deb. The seashell is lovely and has to be my favorite. I do like seeing the different mediums of the same scene.
ReplyDeleteYou may be running out of steam but have been very busy.
ReplyDeleteYou have a wonderful assortment of artwork, Deb. I have two favorites. One is the seashell. Your shading is amazing. And I love the bright, colorful flowers. So pretty. The "cobblestones" as I call them are interesting. I wonder how you decide to do the shapes in each one. They are pleasing to look at and make me want to find a cobblestone road and walk on it. It is amazing how different mediums make the same picture look so different. I do like the graphite ones. You say you are running out of steam, I think the prompts just aren't inspiring you. Do your own thing, my friend, you create such beauty!
